I k''boxed tonite as per my typical Tues and Thurs routine...I''ve been pretty good though last Thurs was my birthday so we were eating rather than working out...hee hee. I also have been still walking 3-4 times a week so overall I am very happy with my routine and the changes..adding k''boxing back in has continued to tone me up and give me more of a bit of definition in my ab area.

I went shopping today, it''s so amazing how in DENIAL we gals are in general about what SIZE we really are. I went into the dressing room three times with various items trying to figure out what fit best etc. I generally don''t feel depressed about sizing because I am a tall girl with curves so sometimes I have to get a larger size and have areas taken in etc to get that fit I really want...but you still want to take in those smaller sizes to the DR *just in case*...tee hee.

Rascal you will do it no problem - you have plenty of time. Of COURSE you can join in, this is a good idea of Matatora''s to help swap tips and encouragement.
