Hey All,
I'm hot and always looking for yummy (and EASY) recipes for dinner. My current absolute favorite is this http://allrecipes.com/recipe/Sesame-Pasta-Chicken-Salad/Detail.aspx
It is so yummy! I made it the first time as written (toasting the sesame seeds and everything), after that I cheated a bit. My mods ('cause I'm lazy):
I serve it warm only because I cook it and then we eat. It makes a WONDERFUL leftover, says the one who detests leftovers.
So what's yours? Easy, summer (or warm weather) friendly, for me I need to have it feed picky children and husband (and really ME).

- - Saute regular onions (rather than the green ones we never have) in sesame oil and some olive oil
- Use canned chicken and heat it w/the onions (to lose the canned taste)
- Add all the sauce ingredients to the onions/chicken so they mix well
- Use dried cilantro (I have that always on hand)
