Wedding crate and barrel wedding registry returns?

Does anyone know how their return policy works? Is it store credit only? I can only find the regular returns info on their site.

I don't know much about Crate and Barrel, but all I know is that the white bows and gray and white plastic around the Bed, Bath and Beyond gifts, don't make the most colorful "bow bouquet" at bridal showers.

But because you can even return for cash at BB&B, a lots of brides use it. My daughter also registered at Crate and Barrel, but I don't think I even checked that registry. YIKES!

I'll ask my daughter and see what she says.

We just returned some things to C&B and they gave us the option of a store credit or a check sent to our home. We chose the check, it should come in a couple weeks.

We also didn''t have all of the receipts because their registry receipts don''t state what the item is, which we didn''t realize at first, so we brought in an enormous stack of receipts that all looked the same and couldn''t figure out which receipt went with which item. They were really nice about it and just offered us the two options.
