As an option on my laptop using Vista, I was able to enlarge the print for easier viewing (cataract

). I chose that option, but was unable to see enough on the screen to print pictures. I tried the most obvious fix by going back to the menu and choosing the smaller size print and then re-booting. No change. I still have the large print...

Is there anything else I could try?

Bumping this so Karl sees it. I hope you get it worked out...

Thanks for the bump, Kaleigh

Karl, thanks for your input as well. Currently, though, I can do all the Personalization you suggested, but can''t see the bottom of the page where I''d be able to click OK and keep the corrected settings.

I hope that makes sense - just very frustrated right now. Maybe I should take it to the FS where I bought it last year?

And here I was thinking I''d been smart in customizing the display

1. Hold down Alt + Spacebar
2. Press the M key
3. Use the arrow keys to relocate the window
4. Press the Enter key when you have the Window in the desired location.(ok button visible)

After trying the above solution until the wee hours, here I am at almost noon thinking I'm the stupidest speck of humanity for not being able to find Enter on the keyboard. I was using what I thought was Enter (the bent arrow key) with the result being erasure of everything on the whole da*n screen.

Like anything windows there is 10 ways of doing things.

You''d given me so much help already, I thought I should be able to figure it out myself. Now that you''ve told me that with Windows there are 10 different ways to solve the problem, I feel better about asking. You''ve created a monster

Glad you got it fixed. I have Vista on my laptop and have problems with it too. Everytime I go to paste something I get a box about allowing or not allowing others to see it. Since I teach a class online that is a PAIN. The other thing I ran in to is I can no longer respond to email through my work email account. When I hit replay there is a box with the "X" in it like it''s missing a picture and I can''t type in it.

post the exact error please

What email client? Sounds like a corrupted wallpaper or signature, try turning wallpapers/signatures off.

Here is what it looks like when I try to reply to an email. I went in to options to try to turn off auto signature but it wouldn''t allow me to save anything. I wonder if I take off my auto signature at work if it would work.

might, talk to your IT department at work about it.

Here is the message I get all the time trying to paste anything. When I grade 30 some papers a night it gets annoying.

Thanks for any help or tips you can give me.

Thanks Karl, I will. They moved in right next door to my office so I won''t have to go far to talk to them.

Thank you Karl. This might just solve my problem. I really appreciate it.

Rats, it didn''t fix either problem. But I will dig through those articles to see if I can find something.
