Yesterday I tried this recipe and it came out fantastic so I thought I would share. This is especially good if you are doing a Paleo or similar eating plan but really anyone who likes the taste of a darker chocolate, I usually go for 85% or above and this chocolate is just sweet enough. The recipe says "bar" but I found this gives you more of chocolate bark but if you have a mold or something you can really make whatever shape you want.
I used the 1/3 cup of honey and then just a literal drizzle of maple syrup for the sweetness and instead of the fridge I put it in the freezer and it worked great. You could also add some chopped nuts for a little crunch. I bagged the chocolate in individual sandwich bags and put them in the fridge for when I want a pick me up.
Note, you need to keep the chocolate bark in the fridge because coconut oil will melt if it's warm enough!
