Has anyone been to Club Med Tahiti (Bora Bora) or maybe passed it while walking in tahiti?

HOw about any other club med?

What did you think? how did you like it?

Can you share some experiences?

How bad were the mosquitos in tahiti?

Other bugs?

You are so funny!! You reminded me of that Travelocity commercial with the mosquito net....

When are you going? My now very very pregnant coworker was there last April. I just saw the entire scrapbook and it was phenom.

What time of year will you be there and at what resort, if any, are you staying?

ETA: Oh duh, Club Med...got it. I think she was at Sandals. Actually she went to two separate islands for her honeymoon, so I have to check with her next week, if she doesn't go into early labor

My husband went to it YEARS ago (more than 20) but loved it. He really like the whole Club Med vibe. We took our kids to a family CM once in Florida, it was fine. If I recall, it was not too luxe, but had tons of great activities and things, and he met great people. Not sure if it was for singles or mixed, and again, not sure what the current Club Med deal is in terms of travel. He had to share a room with a stranger at one of the clubs, I think it was the one in Mexico...but this was over 20 years ago..

We had no problem at all with Mozzies while in Tahiti or Moorea. I can''t speak for Bora Bora except to say LUCKY YOU ! Enjoy!

My parents went to a Club Med in Tahiti years and years ago. I think most are pretty party oriented unless they''re stated as family oriented.
