I don''t understand how a company like Scotch-Brite/3M can put out a product that doesn''t hold up to its own BASIC claim
I just bought their Shower & Bath Scrubber - which has a "sturdy, extendable handle." What they don''t tell you is that the handle doesn''t stay extended - if you put the slightest pressure on it, as you''re sure to do while you''re SCRUBBING, it collapses. AND, the sponge part keeps falling out of the holder. So annoying!
