Class action suit...

Has anyone ever heard anything about the diamond class action suit due to over-payment (in pricing) of diamonds? I can''t recall the details but I had bought a few things in the time frame and filed online(like others I assume?). Just wondering...

One time I got a $268 check from a class action against Ross (it''s like a TJ Maxx/Marshall''s type of store). I was VERY surprised!

The suit was because of stolen personal information or something, btw.

I''m not familiar with this diamond suit ..
