I need to scan some pics. I definitely had a hankering for a diamond ring even as a little kid. For a birthday (maybe age 8 or so) I got a round aquamarine in a solitaire setting and I thought it was the best thing ever! I always wore it on my left hand and pretended it was a nice big diamond!
