Chem Dry

I read some previous threads about some of you using Chem Dry, like Tgal and Mara and then checked on-line for one near me. While there are a number of Chem Dry businesses in my area, how do I find out which one is more reputable than the other? Are they all pretty much the same when it comes to cleaning the crapets? No one I know in my neighborhood has used them.

I just went by gut. I really tried to find someone who was more mom and pop for better service. Then I checked their ratings on Yelp and on the BBB. Also do a google search for their company name to see if anything bad comes up.
