Hi ladies!

I recently met with my florist to see a sample centerpiece and I loved it! I just have one dilemma and was wondering what you guys thought. I can''t decide whether or not to leave in the gloriosa lilies (those are the sort of curly orange/coral colored flowers). On the one hand, I think they add texture and on the other, I''m not sure they fit. They feel like a tropical flower to me and that''s not quite what we are going for. Here are some pics - the first two are with gloriosas and the second are without. What do you think? The flowers were even more beautiful in real life - for some reason, in the pictures the centerpiece looks more pink-dominated while in real life the pink and orange were more even. If we don''t use the gloriosas, she is going to have some of the dahlias be a darker orange color to bridge the gap between the tangerine dahlias and all the pink flowers.

Also, do you think it matters if the urn is dark brown and the chairs are gold?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts! I know you all have fanastic taste! And I seem to be quite indecisive lately...

Here are the two with the gloriosas:

beautiful colors - I would leave them in because I think they compliment the shape of the calla lillies... I also like the texture. I don;t think they look tropical in that arrangement...

beautiful either way

also, I think a combination of chocolate brown, gold and deep pinks is just divine.... cohesive without being ''matchy''

I like it with the gloriosas because they have a frilly element that echoes the sweet peas so it makes sense. It looks more lush with them in the mix.

What gorgeous flowers! I say keep them in, they look lovely and definitely compliment the look you''re going for.

Beautiful! I say leave them, I too like the tecture that they add. Also, I don''t think the urn will be a problem. Actually, I think if you did a gold urn (not sure if that was your thought), I think it would wash out the color of the centerpieces. The darker urn makes the colors ''pop'' more, I think. I am very happy for you - the flowers look great!

The flowers re beautiful. I don''t think you can wrong with either arrangement. They both look lovely.

Another vote for leaving them in. While both centerpieces are beautiful, the one''s with the gloriosas are more visually interesting IMO (in a subtle way).

Leave them!

They look beautiful!! I love the colors!

Totally would leave them in. I think it makes it look lush and fresh and unique because of their frilly edge. Otherwise it just kinda has a normal "roundness" look to it.

Love the colors!

Unfortunately I can''t add anything other than seconding what most everyone else has said, I''d say leave them in.

Very pretty.

I think they need the texture. I would totally leave them in.

Thanks for the input!!! You guys rock! I will definitely keep them in! :)
