Cartier exhibit at the 5th Ave NYC store

I saw the exhibit yesterday. There are some spectacular things from the 1920''s & 1930''s. Some things were owned by Cole Porter and some were Doris Duke''s. Several people who loaned them things didn''t want their names listed. Liz Taylor loaned them 2 necklaces and Elton John loaned them a few things, but the highlight is a 231 carat pear shaped diamond owned by Steve Wynn (the man who has the casinos in Vegas). The exhibit is there until May 21 - it''s well worth a visit.
