I''d say you could put sizing beads or a horseshoe sizer in if you needed to make it smaller by up to a size, and you could maaaaaaaaybe file it down on the inside if you needed to size it up by half a size (hard to tell without seeing how the stones are set from the back of the gallery), but with pave, I wouldn''t try anything more drastic than that.

Because it''s only on the top part yes it could be sized IMO. But you wouldn''t want to size it drastically and make sure to get an expert opinion first. But I don''t see why it couldn''t be done.

I''m thinking the OP isn''t sure of the size of who it''s for and wants to be sure it can be sized in case it''s too big or small.
