Can I get some prayers and dust for my dad

I know I mentioned about 2wks ago my dad went to hospital sick, at the time the doctors were worried it could have been a possible PE or clot but it wasn''t and I was relieved at the time it was just pneumonia (considering what it could have been I was relieved).

Since then he has not got any better (he is worse) he has good days and bad but the antibiotics have not worked. He is booked in tomorrow for a bronconospocy (sp?) so they can rule out any bugs – they at this stage think he has inflammation on the lungs and want to give him steroids to reduce it but they need to make sure first.

I am worried sick at the moment (he is my dad I am his daughter it is my job) so if you can spare any prayers, dust or just good thoughts for my dad - I would be so appreciative from the bottom of my heart, it has worked in the past so I am hoping it will again. I want them to find out what is wrong so he can come home – I also worried about the procedure as with everything there are risks minimal but still…

*fingers crossed* and good thoughts that everything goes really well and he can finally come home.

prayers sent your way. We just went through this with my dad (during easter time). we thought it was a PE but they could never rule it out. Never found out what was causing the pain and inflammation. Very scary but he''s feeling better.

I hope your dad has better luck in finding out what this is and getting better real soon.

I just got back from seeing Dad, he is still sick he had another fall

it worries me but hopefully when they find out exactly whats wrong with him that will go away too. The procedure was done and he came out fine which I was fully relieved, results should be in on Tuesday *fingers crossed* it is all good.

Thank you so much everyone for your support, prayers hugs I honestly think it helps and they mean so much to me, and I said I was worried sick but now not so much - at least now we have a step forward (hopefully) to a diagnosis. And the procedure is over and he pulled out fine - no matter how slim the chances of something going wrong the figures are still scary.

On a positive note my sister is comming this weekend to visit so I get to share the burden a little and have someone there to help out with seeing him when I am at work - things can only get better .
