Campbell Bridges murder investigation

Anyone else following this story?

Campbell Bridges, the discoverer of tsavorite, was murdered in August 2009, in Kenya, presumably over the his refusal to allow squatters to mine on his property in Kenya. His son, Bruce, and the others attacked with him survived. But now it looks like the Bridges' are having an awfully hard time getting their case heard in the Kenyan courts.

I have not been, but one of our Pricescope members, someone who has helped people a great deal in the Colored Stones forum, Harriet, has always been well informed about this tragedy. I may be wrong, but I believe she is a friend of the family.
