Hi JCrow

I ran across your wedding thread when I was searching deep red/champagne gold colors. I am getting married in December and am looking for flower and decoration ideas. First let me just say, GORGEOUS wedding. Wow. I loved every detail that you chose.

My questions are 1) What kind of flowers are in your bouquet? And if they are peonies, were they hard to get in the fall? Everyone keeps saying they are spring. 2) Did you set up your reception tables in deep red/gold also, and if so, is there a thread with those pics?

Thanks,
MaggieB

1 - the flowers in my bouquet and the bm''s bouquets are indeed peonies. the florist looked at me like i was NUTS because it was a nov. wedding. he had never heard of them being available then. but he called the supplier and they said it wouldn''t be a problem. we had a back up plan of black magic roses though.

2 - the tables were done in chocolate brown pin tucked taffeta. the flowers were black magic roses in gold urns. and some tables had the bm bouquets in them instead of roses. you can search for my non pro pics thread. i may have pics of them in there.
