Hi Enerchi,
I'm bummed to say that my Las Vegas trip has been cancelled.
DH and I just recently put an offer on a small house and the counteroffer was accepted. We will have to start the moving process and I'm afraid with my work schedule, Vegas will end up stressing us out time-wise. I've been hemming and hawing about this decision...
Me at dinner last night:"I want to meet up with Enerchi at Tiffany's! When will I have another chance to meet her?"
DH: "What? Who?"
To add to the mix, I picked up a starving stray mama dog 3 days ago. She is slowly coming out of her shell, but she is underweight and super jumpy. She is improving everyday, but she is also a consideration when thinking of being gone for a long weekend.
Anyways, long story short, I'm letting you know that you will have to pick up your jewelry pieces without me and I'll have to see them on the SMTB forum rather than in person. I was so looking forward to meeting one of the sweetest and funniest people on PS!

LOL!!! I'm *stunned* your DH did not get the importance of meeting each other at Tiffany's!! I'm just !!! hahaha!!

No problem, Tigian - sounds like you've got a pretty busy world going on right now, so I will consider forgiving you.... THIS TIME!! Hope the house transaction goes smoothly and in your favour!

That would have been really neat to meet up with you - I was excited too (and just to rub it in... MY DH was all over that get together!! ) It would have been so fun to go to some of the high end spots and try on some lovely trinkets. If I get to visit with my friend who works there, I'm going to see if I can play in the diamond case there, if she says yes, I'm going to snap away and then I'll post pics when I get back (or can download from camera/iphone).

Maybe there'll be another PSer heading to LV for June 23 - 26.... who knows!!!

We leave today!!! Woo hoo!!! (yeah, up since 430am because I'm sooo excited! have a full work day ahead, but it should guarantee I'll sleep on the plane!)

From Vegas we are off to Phoenix/Scottsdale... just throwin' it out there if you get a chance to get away

Thanks Armywife! we leave in 5 hours... tic toc... can't wait!!! Slots to be played, drinks to be drank, people to be watched... woo HOO!

Today is our 27th wedding anniversary and as per my DD who counts her relationship in months, DH counted and we've been together 324 months!! (If i could figure out how to put some of those other awesome emoticons on here- balloons, flowers, etc - I would!)

Visiting my Tiffany buddy tomorrow and hoping I can play in the 'big girl's room' with all the lovely pretties!! Have my pick ups all set as well... oh, it's gonna be a great vacation!

I am still not on a flight to LV although I was hoping the LV fairy would come and swoop me away this morning. We had complications with our home inspection and it looks like we will be meeting with more inspectors this weekend about our pending house purchase.
Definitely not as fun as Tiffany's, especially the fancy area!
