Everyone should write to his Congressman and Senators. If no one takes any action, then of course it will pass. It is time for citizens to let their representatives know that we still treasure our civil rights.

There is a lot of talk here about how members of the armed forces died defending our freedoms. I feel we should strive to be WORTHY of those sacrifices by remaining informed and vigilant on the homefront. We, too, have a role in preserving democracy and that role includes, but is not limited to, voting. We can also contact our representatives and be heard between elections!
