And they smell great! What's your weekend comfort food while you browse PS?

Wine!!!

Oh wait... are we limiting answers to (a) actual FOOD, (b) things we consume only during the WEEKEND, and (c) also only when we're browsing PS? Because if so, my response violates all three... But I do find wine very COMFORTING, so I got that going for me, which is nice

Have you tried triple double Oreos? YYYYUUUUUMMMMM!!!!! :cheeky:

ooh, I love brownies though they don't love me (or my skin :(( ). Weekend comfort food...well we just watched a movie and you know what goes with movies...POPCORN!! Love popcorn and I like to think it is somewhat good for me too (fiber and all LOL).

My dh's weekend comfort food is...peanut butter.

Though he is an amazing baker so I think it is time he starts baking again. I love a man who can bake. :appl:

Enjoy your brownies and have one for me. :wavey:

ETA: those oreos look awesome. :lickout:

Never heard of those Oreos, what are they????

mmmm brownies, sounds delicious!

My browsing PS food is popcorn like Missy; I love air popped popcorn! :cheeky:

HI:

Red wine, champagne. Oh popcorn, too. Are either of those food groups? No worries... :lickout:

cheers--Sharon

OMG! How funny!

"Are there brownies in the oven?" is our euphemism for whether our dogs need to go for a walk.

They are gifts from the Oreo gods! Chocolate filling, PLUS cream filling, on a triple decker Oreo! :appl: :appl:

Double the filling, triple the cookie!

They're new, came out in August. :cheeky:

ETA: Did you know the trans fat line on the nutrition facts was put in there primarily for Oreos? They were one of the few foods that had trans fat. But they've since changed the cream formula, and the trans fats are gone. Thank goodness.

Nom, nom, nom . . . :lickout:

Brilliant, simply brilliant; this is too funny!

Its been raining all day here. I've been craving meatloaf and mashed potatoes

Mmm brownies sound great. We had some popcorn a little while ago.

Our favorites are homemade chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and popcorn (with a little butter and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top). We usually have popcorn the most because I like to think it's the healthier option of the three.

Homemade clam chowder and tart froyo made with greek yogurt 8)

Lindt 90% dark chocolate. It used to be 85%, but they were out and I tried the 90% and love it even better. Popcorn is when I watch tv in the evenings! But I did make some chocolate mint pizelles yesterday.

The end product of any weekend baking is always my favourite thing. Today my daughter and I made vanilla cupcakes, we spent ages making orange, yellow and pink frosting and then choosing which decorations for which colours. They look very er.. homemade but she is a very proud four year old and they taste delicious.

Nothing quite beats brownies for a lovely chocolate hit with a cup of tea though.

A spoonful of JIF peanut butter..... :naughty:

I'm eating chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven. Nomnomnom.
DH has the sweet tooth in the family, but I'd been craving cookies all day, so here I am!

My usual snack of choice is stove top popcorn, though. MMMMMM.
