Yes Allisonfaye. I love it to death but the padlock is faulty and I have to send the lock back. NAP have been good but it slightly annoying. But a took the paddi for a ''visit'' to the U2 concert last night.

Sorry about the problem but NAP will take care of you. I have been really happy with their customer service. Glad you are enjoying your bag. I am still undecided on mine. They have me whipped into a frenzy over the Balenciaga bag so I might have to send my Chloe back to get one. I have another week to decide since I got the return code already.
