Such a personal decision. My fiance and I are actually spending a bundle on our wedding, but we are spending it probably the exact opposite of everyone else! For example, we are serious foodies, and so we wanted a formal, five course gourmet meal in the wine cellar. That meant that we couldn''t have a big wedding, so we cut guests down to 30 people. My fiance wanted the best photographer we could find and he wanted him taking pictures of our friends and families for the entire day, so our photography budget, let''s just say the only thing that cost more was my ring! But Gardner (my fiance) loves photography, does photography, collects photography, and he chose a photographer that has been nominated for a Pulitzer.
On the other hand - favors, programs, all of the bells and whistles we are skipping. Oh- and we''re getting married in the evening by candlelight so no floral budget for the chapel. We''re not even having a wedding cake!
