Should I wear high heels or flats? I know this is silly, but how much walking around did you do? Thanks for the help!!

ETA: I won't be trying on any BM dresses..thought I should clarify because I could be someone else's BM right now. Also!! One more question, how long did your shopping excursion with your BMs last? I am hoping it doesn't take too, too long..

Bump since I am so clueless.

I try to never shop in heels. There is always lots of standing during shopping trips. I would bring a pair of neutral heels, though, if I were planning on trying on dresses.

agreed - Bring heals with you ( around 2") to try the dress on with, but wear shoes that are comfy to walk in, but don''t overheat your feet

Bring the size heels that you would feel comfortable wearing for a wedding, but wear something comfortable to shop in-just use the shoes to try on stuff.

Is it bad that I don''t think two inch heels count as heels? I have freaking issues...heel issues...

Thanks gals! I already got my dress though, so I just was trying to match my outfit.

Haha. Thanks anyway though!

i don''t know about shoes, but make sure you pack lots of water, granola bars (for them) and motrin (for you)

can''t you wear tennis shoes? unless you are going to super fancy places, it might be the most comfortable option

Honestly it is kind of super fancy...ahh makes me nervous..I hope I can take pics..

But I think I may just ignore the dirty looks I may get and resort to my favorite Nike''s. Hehe. And thanks for the advice, I almost forgot it..but I will definitely need motrin. I am hoping it doesn''t take that long. If it starts going too long I am going to end it and come back another time. I am not spending like 5 hours pouring over BM dresses..they will just have to agree on something. Hope I don''t sound like a Bridezilla.

ahahahaha, I wouldn''t count them as "heels" either. But let''s admit it Freke...you do have freaking issues. And that''s a good thing. It would really be boring to have no issues at all.

Sarah,
Just be comfortable. Depnding on how many BM''s you have, the dress shopping can be brutai. My daughter only had three and it was still an all day affair....that''s with only one of them in town and shopping.

If you want to try dresses on with heels( for an absent BM or to match you) but don''t think you could pull off a "professional shoppers" gig in heels, then bring a big bag with an extra pair of heels in it.
