Is flooding a problem in your area? I don''t have flood insurance. We do not have a problem with flooding in my area plus we live on the top of a hill. I know that some areas that are really prone to flooding require that you have it and from what I heard it is pricey. Have you ever been flooded before?

I have flood insurance. You could always build an ark, move in with the wife and girls, and get all the neighboring animals to join you!

I''m not sure what''s actually required here (FL), but my renters insurance does cover flooding.

No, but in certain areas of town it''s required b/c of the river.

no,not in this part of town,although we do live by the river.we haven''t purchased any flood insurances in the past 7 yrs.

I live in So. Cal and do not have flood insurance. The storms have been terrible the past 2 days, but fortunately no flooding at our house. I am very glad we finally installed gutters last month, though!
