Wedding Bachelorette Party Dress - help me find this

My friend who is getting married just sent this pic to me. She wants to find a *cheap* version of it for her bachelorette party. I know a lot of you guys are GREAT at finding stuff...can you help??

I''m about to head out the door but has she checked the cheapie spots like Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, etc.? That''s probably her best bet for a cute cheap dress for her bachelorette. Also BCBGeneration makes some cute fairly inexpensive mini dresses, but I wouldn''t say they''re cheap...they more like $100ish. But she could find one on sale. Most department stores and some boutiques carry BCBGeneration.
