I'm just a little frustrated with this vendor as I bought this item for my stroller back on 10/29 and still haven't recevied it yet, even after a few emails and two phone calls! this past week starting on Monday! Geesh even an email stating it was on backorder or something would have been sufficient. So far my review of this company's customer service SUCKS!!!! I won't be buying from them again uggg

I thought I would have had plenty of time for it to arrive in time for some family visit and long day out but now, I'm scrambling to find another to by wednesday

Also they did send me a notice on 11/5 that it was shipped via Priority mail (uh- takes three days) with a tracking...but everytime I get on the site, it just says that usps only received electronic notice that the seller was preparing for shipment - It has not shipped!

I am about to cancel this transaction with my bank as they have not emailed me back and/or return my calls....

so if anyone can help me find another one just like this for my Phil&Ted stroller I would greatly appreciately it I've tried to look around some more, but now I think I might have to buy local... oh well.

I just cancelled with my bank and reversed the transaction. So if you are interested in buying something from this vendor....DON'T do it!!! you won't get any responses!

Anyhow I just found a BOB stroller handle bar accessory that will work with the Phil & Ted in case someone else was interested in one of these. A review on Target helped me select the BOB accessory.

Well shoot-that''s a bit ridiculous to go that long w/no notification or shipment! I''m glad you canceled it and were able to find something similar! Pretty nifty looking organizer too..I would''ve loved one of those when the kids were still in strollers!
