avatar help?

Hi all, sorry to make a new topic for this, but I need some help.

I can't seem to upload a new image for my avatar? I go to my profile under the edit section, and I upload a photo, submit it, and then nothing. The format that I'm using is .jpg and I even tried resaving the image I want to use on my desktop under a different name to see if it would help. I've been trying for about a month now....
Any ideas?

Are you getting an error message when you try to upload your image?

When I was initially trying, I was getting an error message saying that my name was already in use?
But when I tried again today, it seemed to go through with no issues, only my picture didn't upload.
