Are your pets allowed on the couch?

No, our dogs are not technically allowed on the couch. I allow them to have 2 paws on the couch when invited. This was the "compromise" that I came up with for them.

We allow our cat to go on the couches, chairs and bed, but not on tables or counters. He sometimes tests the limits in our presence, though, and probably goes on the tables when we aren't home.

The cats are allowed on the couch and definitly make use of it. However, the kids have to stay on the floor!
