I used to buy only Tide laundry detergent.
Now I don''t really care.

I still only buy Chevron gas for my car and Ivory liquid dish soap.

I buy whatever shampoo or toothpaste I get a good deal on.

I only buy Trader Joe''s milk and cottage cheese. Cheap and good.

I will only buy Honda cars.

What products are you brand-loyal to?

philosophy shower gels
heinz ketchup
Silk soymilk
bare minerals makeup
Opi for Sephora or Chanel nail polish

ETA: these products come to mind first for things I'm loyal to

For the most part, I'm not. There are a few exceptions, however:

Crest toothpaste
Dawn dish soap
All FreeClear laundry soap
Heiz ketchup

I only buy German made cars
I only use Essie for my nail polish
Dawn for dish soap
Only Dansko brand for shoes
Only Freeman Freeze hair spray for my messy do

My brand loyalties are not very long-established, but:

Seventh Generation cleaning products

Trader Joe's eggs and milk

Bed Head styling products (NO reason for loyalty here, just good luck with them and I like the packaging!)

Apple computers and small electronics

I used to only buy gas at the BP station, but I can't find them around us anymore

I think there was JUST the same thread a few weeks ago IIRC...

I like the Dawn Direct foam rather than regular dish washing liquid. It really does last longer IMO.

I also really like Loreal Revitalift face lotion. I usually stock up during a good sale with enough to last me to the next good sale, but would probably pay full price for it in a pinch.

I''m not really brand loyal to anything else. I buy whatever I can get the best deal on. When a product I really like goes on rock bottom sale, I stock up.

So, I''m sitting here reading this thread thinking, "Interesting, but I''d swear we talked about this recently!" I couldn''t remember who started the thread, and I didn''t bother to look it up. Turns out, I started it. Apparently I''m a space case today!

Hmm...not really.

- Pampers (diapers). I prefer Huggies wipes, though.
- Zoya (non-toxic nail products)
- Apple (computers)

Yeah, I really like it and I''ve used a little of everything over the years from Clinique to drug store brands. It''s really creamy and feels like it soaks in. I''m also somewhat enamored with the bottle it comes in. I don''t know how it works, but it''s a pump and every last drop comes out of the bottle. I even broke it open to check and see if it really was empty and it was. Completely.

I am all about Diet Coke too. I forgot about that one.

The only thing I''m brand loyal about is my Pandora jewelry. Up until recently, I was allergic to lots of sterling silver. Pandora is the only sterling silver jewelry I haven''t broken out or had hives or anything! Everything else, whatever I could get as a bargain goes.

I''m really only brand loyal if the brand warrants loyalty. I love:

Nudie Jeans-no other brand fits me as well and has the fits and styles I want.
Coca-Cola Classic-the only soda I like. I refuse to drink Pepsi and I don''t like any Pepsi product, really.
MAC make up-I''m a recent convert but I love it.
Toyotas-it''s a family thing-every single person in my immediate family (and my siblings in law) owns a Toyota. That''s 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and both parents!
Apple computers-at my newish job I have a sweet dual platform iMac, so now I''m all Mac all the time!
Marc Jacobs/Marc by Marc Jacobs handbags-I love the designs and quality and the Marc by Marc bags aren''t that expensive, comparatively speaking.

I just thought of one moh:

As I sit here typing on my SONY VAIO, watching a DVD that is playing from my SONY DVD player on my SONY TV with it's SONY surround sound system, transferring pics from my SONY Cybershot camera to my SONY Vault Flashdrive, and plugging in my SONY Ericsson cellphone to charge....I'll let you guess what brand I am also pretty loyal to....

I am pretty extreme about it too, I don't think I have touched Pepsi since I was 10 years old and discovered that I didn't like the stuff. Plus, Coke is a good thing to like if you travel a lot, foreign countries have Coke more than you would find Pepsi. In restaurants, I love the surprised faces I get from the servers when I ask for a Coke and they ask "Is Pepsi okay?" and I say "No..." , I don't think they expect that response....

Hmmm... How long can this list be? LOL!

Heinz ketchup
Clinque facial wash
Pepsi
Crest toothpaste
German cars
Fancy Feast (at least that''s wha Felix likes right now)

I''m sure there''s more, but my mind is drawing a blank.

Ha, I do the same thing! No, Pepsi is NOT OKAY! Ever! I went to a Pepsi school and once I broke down and tried to drink one at an early class and it actually made me gag!
