I made the mistake of going to the mall on Saturday afternoon. When I left, it took me 45 minutes to get from my parking spot to the mall exit. I''ve never experienced anything like it!!!! Black Friday doesn''t even compare!

At 5 pm, the drive home guy who monitors traffic is just describing back ups at the malls....here in DC metro.

I think they shut down the malls this weekend, and people are doing major catch up!

Yes, this year it''s pretty crowded, but not as bad as previous years where we would wait for 10 min. for a parking spot to open up.

I have not been there. I was near the mall in Bel Air on Friday and it took forever to get from one place to the other. I stopped at target and I wanted to make a left out of the parking lot and I sat there so long that I had to make a right and go the waaaay long way around because there is no getting out.

We went to a big outlet mall today to see Santa and while it was busy not a mad house like I thought it would be.

ETA: Target was INSANE yesterday.
