From what I''ve read Apple Cider Vinegar is extremely healthy for you as long as you take the right type.
My dad has to take immunosuppresents (sp) and tried the vinegar and it was alright. The active ingredient is vitamin C and he MUCH prefers those supplements and finds them more effective.
I tried it on canker sores as was recommended before I knew it was vitamin C and it actually made it worse, which is common with vitamin c.
