Anyone Used Pearson for Online Classes?

I had to get a kit for e-materials. I registered, but my login is not working. If I log in through myplaces part of the site it works but then when I click on the materials, it will not work but asks me to log in again. I have emailed, I have done live chat, and no one will help me. The live chat person asked me for my email twice and said he was sending it to research team 2 who emailed back and told me the same thing as the original email, to clear my cookies b/c it worked for them. I am at my wits end and I have a quiz this weekend. Has anyone had issues with them before? Any thoughts? Any phone numbers so I can call and yell? lol.
