I''m going to a conference in Seoul soon and I''m wondering if there are any big no-no''s or things I should know before I go. Any places I should see, foods I should try? I''ve traveled quite a bit but never to an Asian country.
I''m kind of confused by the dress style I''ve been instructed on--I was told that this conference is "semi casual" yet most every conference I''ve been to previously that has been "business casual"(which I assume is the same thing) has been a mix of men in polos/button-ups/khakis who look uncomfortably underdressed and men in suits. I was initially intending on bringing a few mix and match suit pieces but the people I''m going with are taking more of the casual cue. I''m leery of this. I don''t want to be underdressed. I''m probably going to bring more than I should so I can make the decision when I''m there.
Tips?
