About a year and a half ago I was staying at the Waldorf in NYC. As part of the Waldorf''s wedding display, I saw a fabulous Ulla Maija gown. I got in touch with the Waldorf''s wedding staff to find out what store the gown came from. The store was able to inform me that it was an Ulla Maija, but the gown was no longer made. After attempting in vain to track down the gown through discontinued shops, I decided it simply wasn''t to be. (The display in the Waldorf would have to have been taken apart and remade to fit my super short frame.) I ended up with an original gown that I LOVED, but I still like seeing Ulla Maija gowns.
