Wedding Anybody have a Jim Hjelm dress out there?

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post as a bride!!! I haven''t really done any dress shopping yet but I was wondering - does anyone out there have a Jim Hjelm wedding dress? If so, can you post pictures? How $$$ are they? Are they well made?

I do! I have #8663. Pictures around here somewhere.

I paid just over $2k. I ordered through Pearl''s Place and saved a bunch. I think their recent designs might be more expensive though...I think they are probably around $3-4k when ordered through a bridal salon.

The quality is good, I have no particular complaints. The lace was comparable side-by-side with Monique L''huillier''s, I thought. I really like a lot of the newer designs as well.

I''ll look for my pictures and post the link when I find them.

Oh wow- that is a STUNNING dress. Very beautiful on you! I love all his dresses so much - but there is only 1 place in Canada who sells them - so I will have to go see. These are the two I am eyeing.

Thanks Bia - when I go try them on I will let you know how it goes. G-d knows they always look so different on then on a slim model.
