I''m no dentist, but I get those from time to time. They''re often called canker sores. I have one right now, blah. I usually get them if I bite the side of my mouth, or scratch the gum line, but sometimes they just show up for no reason. They do go away on their own, about a week or so, nothing to worry about. To clean em out I usually swab a mix of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 50% water, which sometimes speeds up the healing process, or prevents the sore from happening at all.
