Oh, yuck. I can't stand radicals on either side and she is beyond radical. She can't get one sentence out before I cringe and change the channel.

Ha, too many to list! My least favorites are probably Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Howard Stern.

John Stewart is another one I find too annoying to watch.
They both seem cocky and snotty.
They seem to try to get you all emotionally worked up and angry about something, instead of just rationally examining the facts.
They make me feel like I''m reading something that the National Enquirer would find unfit to publish.

Suzie Orman. I 100% support women taking charge of their finances, but she seems crazy and scares me--the bright hair, bright teeth, wide eyes, big manic smile--I wouldn''t want to meet her in a dark alley.![]()
+1.
She is annoying.
She looks like she''s on Prozac and cocaine and leads some zombie cult.
I''m just not for people who cultivate followings.
Charisma makes me suspicious.

I dislike almost everyone that has been mentioned here, honestly. Any pundit that treats opinion as fact would be on my list.
Agreed with both posters. I think that pretty much covers where I stand.Date: 4/25/2010 8:32:13 AM

I hear you. And so many people these days believe what they want to believe. It''s weird. It''s like they have a vision or viewpoint and facts just aren''t going to get in their way. It''s distressing and it seems to be getting worse. I don''t doubt that the media intentionally conflating opinions with facts has something to do with it. I''m not a fan of the MSM- at all.

Glenn Beck makes me want to punch someone...preferably Glenn Beck.
Gretchen Carlson also annoys me--did anyone see that daily show where Jon Stewart talked about how she was top of her class at Stanford and yet dumbs herself down to appeal to ''middle america''? Gross.
That was ridiculous. What was she asking for the definition of? Ignoramus or something?Date: 4/25/2010 11:15:36 AM

Ann Coulter. That woman can only be described as a word I make sure never passes my lips.
Amen. The operative phrase is "media personalities". I prefer my news (and this seems to be about "news" "personalites" more than anything else - as if one cannot get news without a personality delivering it...) to be as devoid of slant - of emotional hooks and ploys - as one can reasonably get these days. To that end, I don''t watch much TV news at all. I read most of mine. I know it still has bias - nothing in life is bias free after all - but at least I don''t get the conspiratorially hushed voice, tone of voice in general, the waggling or raised eyebrows, the innuendo, or the flat out denial of facts because of some stated personal reason.Date: 4/23/2010 5:42:14 PM

There are quite a few media personalities or media figures (heck even just ''media'') I feel irritated by for various reasons. Hence, I don''t watch a whole lot of TV. It is just easier that way. I don''t like feeling irritated in the comfort of my own home.![]()

Yup! My world is a happier place when I can forget that she shoots her mouth off whenever given the chance.

You guys have most of mine covered: Stern, Rush, Coulter, Hasselbeck, Beck
Would add: Jay Leno, Dick Clark (please, don''t make us see you in that condition), Octomom, Kate Gosslin, Spencer Pratt, that Giuliana Rancic person.
Couldn''t agree more.Date: 4/23/2010 6:08:18 PM

Exactly. Sure, she has done a lot of good, but I can''t stand the whole ''I am Oprah and am therefore right'' attitude and the fact that people condone it!Date: 4/23/2010 5:55:21 PM

Ditto. And I have no real valid reason for disliking her except I think she''s self-righteous. Even that is probably negated by the fact that she''s done some pretty righteous things. But still....Date: 4/23/2010 5:36:25 PM

OPRAH!!!!!!! grrrrrr
That''s the only one I can think of off of the top of my head.![]()
One of the few episodes I saw that stood out was when she visited a really poor neighbourhood in Chicago where people were making in a month, far less than what her diamond pinky ring costs! I know she gives back but...come on, do audience members really need a new car?! Does she really need so many houses?
I feel as though SUCH super wealthy people that are ''do-gooders'' don''t need to live off of MULTI-millions of dollars and can afford to donate WAY more money and still be wealthy. Look at Bill Gates, not millions but BILLIONS of his money has been donated!
