Adobe InDesign help!

[Tacori E-ring]

I have a client who loves gradients (which I hardly use). How can I make them different colors? (right now it is only black and white). TIA!

It's Adobe 7.0 snapshot Tacori. You have to play with different angles and lengths of the application and see. There are also some on transparent background which apply differently.
Don't hesitate to ask if i was not clear.
