I had been checking periodically (because I''m a dork that way even though I got my earrings) and it was slim pickings for ACAs in the .3-.4s ranges. Well, it looks like they got a nice new crop in (ES still looks slim though). No J''s, but I see some I/SI1s in the .4 size, which probably would have been my sweet spot!

Perfect for getting those holiday studs!

Happy shopping!

Makes me want to pierce something...anything...else!!!

I wish I could afford a whole string of ''em and get a DBTY piece made. I totally would if I could spend ANYthing right now. But the pursestrings are tightened.

I really want... no, NEED some studs. But I am working on a bit of a plan so I have to wait for the earrings!

I just got my WF ES studs 2 weeks ago.

Is it too early to upgrade?

hahah. sob.

Dangit.

LOL mela...I think it''s like computers...you just have to buy and not look at options anymore after you buy...at least for a little while.

I am really happy I got the J''s...such slim pickings in that category. I''s even. I wasn''t going to get the J''s because I really wanted both SI1s and one of mine is a VS2, but I felt they were there beckoning to me and I would be stupid not to get them. They were a very good price. With the bank wire discount, the J/SI1 was under $600, and for a .40, I thought that was very reasonable.

FG, what about a noise ring? I can see ACA nose studs becoming the next rage around here. Don''t know if I''d put a .4 bezel in my nose though!!!

TG, I snagged my ES stones when they got a new crop in August right around the time of my birthday and they were a total steal. On Saturday I saw that they got more in and I was like "I want a pendant NOW! I have to get another deal today!!!" But then I realized I''ve had quite the diamond year, so I stepped away from the computer.

new studs are on my list but prob won''t be until next year

TG - your studs are be-yootiful!

Oh TG, don't tempt me!!

My old plan (earlier this year) was to upgrade my 30th bday studs (pre-PS) to something in the .90 tcw range this Xmas, but threw that idea out when I saw my girlfriend's new huggies a few months ago. Had never considered them before, but now I'm in LOVE! That reminds me, gotta go check out what's available on WF...

But I can't get the thought of new studs outta my mind.

What do you think is a good size diamond for a DBTY necklace? How many diamonds would you need for a 16" chain? These questions are purely for research purposes, you understand
