Though, I admit, I don't know how cool I would actually find it if I didn't live in it everyday - if it was something New and Nifty that came up during my lifetime.. I do know that cars that park themselves and that don't need keys in the ignition scare me, and I don't trust them! Looks snazzy though

I find it interesting, but a little creepy. I wouldn't want random glass displays accessing everything of mine. I wouldn't want ANYTHING accessing everything of mine.

I work with glass touch screens on a daily basis- they're great when your hands are clean, but if your hands are dirty, or there's cleaner residue on the glass the screen won't respond to touch and it's very frustrating.

I think it's totally possible, and I don't think it's as far off as you may think. A lot of products we have now are pretty similar, and with just a little tweaking, will be as fancy as that. But, I'm not too sure how comfortable I would be with the glass display across the entire dash (where would the airbags go, without spraying you in broken glass when it comes out?) and all of the different displays accessing my information. The ones in your own home, that's not a big deal, but randomly at the bus stop? Slightly creepy.

I liked the beginning with the wide screen in the bedroom that can serve as alarm clock, news, and I can imagine set to do my morning yoga, etc.
But as the commercial progressed it seemed to show more of the sinister big brother as corporate consumerism that monitors all your information, projects it on screens all over the place and on your phone so you can't escape it. So it ends up feeling a little creepy.

If the world is made of glass, there's no privacy and nowhere to hide...
