Kind of like they are all for "states rights" until the state wants to offer sanctuary for refugees or wants to allow abortion or LGBTQ rights.

I know the first one was several years ago, but don't know about any of the others. As I've said before, I don't pay much attention to him, I really can't bear listening to him (or reading about him). However, many in my every day life voted for him, and I want to be able to bring this up if need be. So it's more relevant if he has said it since being elected.

The "blood coming out of her wherever" *I think* was after he was elected. But I might be wrong and it could have been during the lead up to the election. The others were before he was running I think.
