I''m not too fond of 9 year old girls using a napkin to dab an alcoholic beverage off of anyone crotch, filming a scene that was obviously a reference to the mile-high club, putting her hands anywhere near the belt of a young boy in any manner, especially a sexual one, straddling anyone lying down, or writhing on the floor in what looked like a body stocking with gemstones.

I used to impersonate Madonna (and hairbands haha) and that was bad enough. Luckily for me, I didn''t know what a virgin was at that point in my life and I was just being a stupid, naive kid. I think this disturbs me because of the interaction with the young boys and the fact that, unfortunately, kids are growing up so fast now a days that she probably DOES know what she is doing and the implications of it. It''s just really sad.
Ditto to all the above. And I wonder what people would say if the tables were turned and it was a 9 year old boy filming a suggestive video laying on top of a 9 year old girl? Would that still be a "cute performance"???

Oh my.

I fear for that little girl''s future... It seems like she''s a little "mature" for her age. I hope she doesn''t act like Britney IRL...

Ditto. I''m pretty aghast at some of the scenes her parents approved of her filming. I''m not sure if she realized the intent, but she did such a great job at acting everything out with appropriate facial expressions that it worries me that she does.

However, Peru is a different world from the US, and IIRC, the age of consent is something like 13 or 14. While I don''t find this whole video anywhere close to appropriate, it''s exceedingly eye opening to see how age of consent varies all over the world; http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/ef/Age_of_Consent.png

I just watched both the original and this girl''s version. And it was interesting. They cut out a lot of really sexual stuff for the little girl version, and also changed certain things to make them less sexual. Also there were many places in the girl''s video where they had obviously spliced in parts of the original music video. It was interesting to compare the two to say the least.

IMO, alot of sexual innuendo for a 9 year old...wiping the champagne, the bathroom thing, straddling the boy, etc...there must be something better a nine year old could be doing with her time? And her parents? I thought it was pretty inappropriate.

The girl is really talented, there is no doubt. She rocks as a lil' singer/performer. Hoever, the real problem I have with this video is that IT SEXUALIZES A LITTLE GIRL. A child is a sexualized object in this video and that's the thing I find disturbing and quite frankly, dangerous. How many sickos/potential sex offenders are going to see this little child acting out airplane bathroom sex and groping another kid's lap and think it's OK? A child should not be portrayed as sexual, but she clearly is in this video. I dunno. Am I a prude?

Maybe! If thinking a child should not be portrayed sexually makes me a prude, then I am definitely a prude!

I have a 12 year old daughter (turning 13 in November) and I''m just in shock that any parent, regardless of how talented they think their child is, would allow a 9 year old to do this. It''s too mature, too sexual.

Has anyone else see all the babies doing their versions of ''Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)''???? Are those BABIES gonna turn out skanky?

No, (well, I hope not, lol) but there is a difference between a chubby 3 year old in a ballet outfit wagging their finger and shaking their hips to Beyonce, and a 9 year old girl in a video, straddling boys, dabbing at their crotches, a wearing only a bra and tights. Huge difference IMO.

I just marvel at how much money her parents must have in disposable income to produce such a video. If anything, that will be what does the most damage to this child. The parents should have done something of more "value" for their daughter. Like create a custom piece of heirloom jewelry or something.

I found the bad lip syncing distracting. I would have liked it more if the words matched up with the lips. Otherwise I think it''s pretty similar to what we all did in our bedrooms on a small scale.

Just watching the video again I can see where they stuck in bits of the original video. I wonder what Britney thinks of it?

That''s a disgusting grotesque IMHO.

but our parents didn''t buy us the leather bras and see through leotards, pay for a director to tell us how to straddle a boy, and stick cameras in front of us. it''s one thing dance around in your own home, in your own clothes for friends or family, and another for parents to actually encourage and facilitate that sort of exploitation. this is sick.

OMG, The Bay City Rollers!! I played that LP over, and over, and over, and over....
