30th anniversary coming and new ring.

Actually a couple of years ago I tried on an antique marquise ring that I really liked. I think I wrote about it here. (It was when I also tried on a million dollar diamond ring at Abercrombie 's in Austin). The marquise ring was, if I remember right, about twice what I would ever spend on a ring. My husband offered to buy it for me, saying something like it being an investment. I let him know, not so much. Too bad, huh.
 
I just wanted to say congratulations on your anniversary, and the beautiful ring you've chosen to celebrate it with!

CADs in.. I sent an email back saying I liked it very much but was wondering if they can narrow the shank a little bit.. I had read thru all the threads on 3 stone trellis rings here and I read one person who said WF couldn't narrow the shank too much for stability with the trellis design.. so I am waiting for the bench's reply.. What do you guys think?? middle stone is .70 and the two side stones are .55, all are G color and 2 out of three are ACA, one .55 is premium select. My husband wanted the G color I was okay with an H or I.. hopefully the premium select won't look different - they assured me it was a little different in one heart but for beauty you can't tell the difference.. I'm having this done in platinum. stones are all SI1 also.

whoops thank you EVERYONE! for your kind words or your like! I am happy that I have a great husband. My dream is a 2.98 AVR K color set in 18K gold.. but it's outta my budget, maybe someday.

And I'm looking forward to seeing lots of photos of your new ring once it's on your hand!
 
I think that as the two .55's aren't next to each other, it won't be obvious.

I do like that the stones are set level, rather than the centre stone set higher. Great minds, I'm having my (20th anniversary) trilogy in y/g reset in to white metal, and have chosen a very similar setting to yours! :D

thank you so much ZestfullyBling.. the linear.. thank you for pointing that out. I want this to be more of a wedding band/eternity thing.. not an engagement ring.. I plan to take my engagement ring stone and make it into a pendant.. later.. :) thank you again!

Thank you so much mochiko42! I plan on placing your tourmaline in my engagment ring setting and placing my 1.61 I VVS2 stone into a pendant.. :) hope all is well in your neck of the woods!
 
I didn't catch this thread before but the trellis settings are my favorite. WF did a fabulous job on it. BTW, my parent's anniversary was June 5 as well.
