I’m so excited for Medphysdave to finally get a first glimpse of his custom setting for this week’s featured jewel of a unique twisted shank engagement ring. This beautiful one-of-a-kind rose gold ring has a 1.5 carat Ideal cut round center stone with a twisted shank/band set with diamonds ¾ of the way; notice the beautiful artwork of bezeled opals under the basket and on the sides and the beading under the shank.
