Best places to find nice Eternity Bands??

I'm looking into buying an eternity band for my right hand. I like Emerald Cut or Assher Cut eternity, but I will also consider Round Cut, too. I just like the look of the square cut for eternity, and also it may be an interesting contrast when I'm planning to have AVR ER on left hand. But if the Round Cut Eternity is easier or cheaper to get, I will go for that
I'm hoping to get 4-5 cwt, and wondering where I should look to get a nice enough eternity band that are reasonably priced! Also any recommendation for the style of the eternity band? It's very hard to tell from the pictures what the differences are: U-prong/shared/lucida?/double prong etc etc....

i think a non branded band is your best bet for the most ring for the money. Facets is great. I bought a used one on 1st Dibs.

My current favorite is french cuts by Victor Canera. This one is half diamonds but obviously can be done as full eternity. I happen to also have a picture of a full eternity with french cuts. Then my other favorite is a with carre cuts (although I think he labels it as asscher), this particular picture by Phillip Press.

ID jewellery is very popular for eternity bands. Lots of PSers have bought from them and the photos always look fab.

I'd agree with chel's idea of IDJ - they are very well priced and great service if there are any issues. Here are links to all 4ctw rings - none are channel set like you've shown, tho, they are all prong set... cruise their site, you may find "just the thing" on there! Enjoy!

Here is a trellis set asscher listed for $6440:

or an EC for $6720:

but if it were me.... oh yummy!... I'd go for the radiant @ $7K:

French Cut eternity is gorgeous, but I don't have a budget for it.... ;(

Just sent them E-mail asking about the rings! Will wait and see what they say!

Thanks!

I wonder why Radiant ring is more expensive than asscher or EC.... do they have bigger finger coverage than other 2?

+1.

Are you adverse to buying Estate? I often come across these kinds of bands..but of course size is an issue, since they cannot be. What is your finger size--should I come across something of interest....

I think if you really love the french cuts, you should wait until your diamond sells and get what you love the most! Most of my mistakes involve compromising on something less than I really wanted. After the ring that you had, I think you aren't going to be happy with just any eternity.

Ditto to what DS just said! A version of that Victor Canera french cut eternity band is on my wish list, too!

I do want the EC or Asscher eternity though! French Cut is gorgeous, but I'm not going for the channel setting right now....

BTW, I may go for Victor for my AVR setting after all.....since his quote and tacori's ring price is about the same...

Good..I was talking to him by email Saturday about my AVR setting and I have ever confidence that he will do a superior job.

I think a prong-set asscher or EC eternity would be fabulous!!! Sharon has a very gorgeous one! I adore those and the french cut ones, also!

You may want to try it on if you are going for a 4-5 ct. eternity band. Not sure what your ring size is, however some of the bands in the 5.00 ct. range are quite large and may stick out between your fingers.

No one around me has EC/Asscher eternity rings to try one.....they usually only have round eternity in 2-3 carat weight at most...
My ring size is a bit over 6, so it may work OK?

Thanks! Like the 4ctw one, but each stones look smaller? I wish I can get the 9ctw one!!!! Too expensive for me..

Are you talking about the 4 ct round one? I don't think I could handle a round one unless the diamonds were excellent cut. I LOVE the 5.5 ct. emerald cut one, though!

You are right, I like the EC 5.5ct one! Do you think it's a good ring (nice stones?)

I think it has the potential to be great! But the only way you can be sure is to see it and get an appraisal. I would love that ring myself!

No, I think the setting looks good! But I would ask them what they mean by "very good condition". I surely would want the platinum setting to be in excellent condition when polished and I'd want no chips on diamonds.

I contacted the jeweler, waiting for the response.

In a mean time, I contacted IDJ, too waiting to hear back......seems like they were closed for the last few days.
