What’s on your eBay watch list? | PriceScope Forum

That’s exactly the kind of search that is bringing up either fakes or the Indian stuff that I want to exclude. I posted examples. In this one, I COULD exclude the first one easily by excluding terms relating to silver but since silver was used in some antique pieces I try to exclude only .925 and sterling - which would have caught this one but doesn’t get them all.

Liz Taylor's jewelry | PriceScope Forum

Oh gosh, I just loved Liz. She was a woman after my own heart. Of course who doesn't love the Taylor-Burton diamond, at 69.42 carats? Well, I have her book "My Love Affair with Jewelry" and it is literally falling apart, I have looked at it so much!

Platinum vs White Gold for e-ring? | PriceScope Forum

If you can afford it, platinum. It's more solid (heavier) and just feels rich and luxurious. Or unplated white gold if you prefer. Personally I find the maintenance (rhodium plating) for white gold cumbersome (it only seems to happen when I'm too busy at work!), and I've had some sloppy replating done in the past.

Left at the altar by Tiffany & Co. | PriceScope Forum

@Deet007 this is a very popular size and you should be able to sell it on the secondary market for better price vs what was offered to you by jewelers, but still less than retail. I would suggest taking the ring for a polish at Tiffanys so it looks brand new and posting a listing on LT, DB, Idonowidont most likely you will be able to find a buyer if you have the patience and price the ring well.
