Macy''s Diamonds -- To good to be true??? | PriceScope Forum

Macy''s doesn''t actually operate any of their jewelry counters. Those counters are leased and operated by Finlay Fine Jewelry, a company that is easily the least-known large jewelry retailer in the country (I think they''re top-10 something by sales). Finlay operates most of the department store jewelry counters out there.

Thoughts on this Costco necklace? | PriceScope Forum

I've browsed WF, BGD, etc and didn't see anything I really liked in my price range (under $2000). And I'd like to be able to just click to buy with reasonable confidence versus work with a vendor to design something. I support Costco as a company in general but haven't bought fine jewelry there before.

Costco jewelry? | PriceScope Forum

Ya know, I just have not seen this. I visit 2 different Costco establishments and at neither place do the clerks act like they know anything about the jewelry they are selling. Not at all. In my experience they are very upfront with the fact that they are just vehicles selling the jewelry and not knowledgeable about the jewelry they are selling.

Fine jewelry site (urgent) | PriceScope Forum

I need to buy fine jewelry as soon as possible. Looking for good deals. I bought a few effy pieces (ruby and emerald) from saks off 5th, but saw they have a bad reputation online. What is a good site for me to find quality jewelry at great prices? Thanks!

Let's talk Jewelry Insurance... | PriceScope Forum

Right, msop...Chubb no longer writes jewelry only policies. I got mine long ago. But people used to say it was expensive...however, I got a higher quote from JM! The guy from Touchstone used to write Chubb policies, but they changed to GemSafe since the premiums are less and they will do jewelry only policies.

Tacori... worth the $$? | PriceScope Forum

I think I paid a reasonable price compared to other rings that were similarly styled (the Vatche I was looking at was 3400 for a 1ct stone and a few made at the jewelry store were in the same ball park) and I love this ring. I did get mine at Sisters Jewelry in Boston. I actually live close enough to go to their store. Eliana has been great.

Has anyone heard of Chandni Jewelers from Amazon ...

Any store that will not show you the certificate before purchase is high risk. The reason for this is they can sell you a really badly cut diamond, a diamond impacted negatively by fluorescence, internal graining, a high coloured stone with a greenish grey body tint or undertone that they can't get rid of, and a whole large list of issues that the average person that buys from them is never ...
