Kay Jewelers vs. Walmart Jewelry question? | PriceScope Forum

It's really hard to make a comparison like this. 1. They may or may not be the same quality. Neither is certified by any lab so it's difficult to say whether Kay's subjectively determined HIJ/I2-I3 is better or worse than Walmart's subjectively determined HIJ/I2-I3.

Would you buy a diamond from Overstock.com? - PriceScope

The second reason is the SI1 clarity. Since the emerald cut (EC) diamond is a step cut diamond, the the steps have to be really clean with no visible inclusions to make the diamond "eye clean." SI1 diamonds usually have visible inclusions that would hinder the clean lines of the EC.

Alexandrite "Brand Name" Mark Henry | PriceScope Forum

On one of those stops I went over to a jewelry store and got sticker shock at the price- but did fall in love with the stone in person. I couldn't spend thousands, but I did find another jewelry store in the area with a lesser quality alexandrite for less. There was minimal color change, but it was in my budget.

Where are the reviews from experts on Lightbox ...

I was so sure that once Lightbox launched there would be a whole ton of reviews from experts in the diamond field buying a Lightbox diamond and examining it and basically doing an appraisal. I’m thinking that if the cut was bad it would be all over in reviews. My take is that they must be pretty good because we hear crickets.

Post photos of your diamonds from Lightbox Jewelry here! ... The only negative was that they are paler blue than how they appear on the LB website. But overall, her review was very favorable with lots of pics. I like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain. I´m not much into health food, I am into... oh, something shiny! ...

Macy''s Diamonds -- To good to be true??? | PriceScope Forum

Macy''s doesn''t actually operate any of their jewelry counters. Those counters are leased and operated by Finlay Fine Jewelry, a company that is easily the least-known large jewelry retailer in the country (I think they''re top-10 something by sales). Finlay operates most of the department store jewelry counters out there.

Shane Co vs. Blue Nile | PriceScope Forum

I just bought a diamond from Blue Nile and a setting from Shane Co. I would consider this option if I were you (get the diamond online and get the setting at Shane). Shane Co. is setting the Blue Nile diamond in the setting I bought as we speak and I will be picking it up on Saturday.

QVC''s Affinity Diamond jewelry | PriceScope Forum

Has anyone had any luck with QVC''s Affinity Diamond jewelry? They''re lower quality for sure, because they provide no info on diamond quality, but I wonder whether they still have sparkle and look good. There are a lot of old posts from a few years ago asking the same question, but noone really knew anything. Any help out there?
