Help! Finding a gown, please!!

Ok my sister fell in love with this gown last year. Its an Alfred Angelo style 1137 and its discontinued. I can find it online, but none of the places let you return it, or they charge an insane restocking fee (like 50%!!). So.... have you seen any dresses similar? I've looked but coming up blank!
