Sevens One posted that the ring belongs to bbb. Have you tried searching for it yourself?

A quick search of "bbb diamond ring" on the home page yielded this:

I think any jeweler can make that. I don't find that setting particularly detailed (but it could just be a poor photo), and prefer our more recent additions from PS'ers. Can you start a RT thread, or something, to describe what type of setting you want, and your budget so that people can recommend jewelers for you? I have no doubts that SK and VC can do something like that for you
