hi all,
just wanted to check in and say i''m still plugging along with my exercise and healthy eating. i have been eating out so much this week (dinner for the last 2 nights, plus both nights this weekend, and i have to go out for a business lunch today) and i don''t like it as it''s so much harder to really know what you''re eating, but i have been making healthy choices. i am going to be in san francisco for a conference for a week in early may, and i''m really dreading having to eat out for all three meals that whole week. don''t get me wrong, i love going out to restaurants, but i usually only do it for 2-3 meals a week! i like being more in control and aware of my food choices the rest of the time, and being able to substitute healthy homemade versions rather than the fatty restaurant stuff.
dj, keeping my fingers crossed for your stress test today.
monarch, congrats on almost 9 weeks smoke free - such an amazing accomplishment and investment in your health!
kimberly, i agree with the others who say to trust your gut. i''m sure you and john will come to a mutual understanding about it.
